You can cover up to and including 7 appliances on your policy and what’s more not all the appliances have to be at the same address. One policy could therefore cover a several of your properties.
Simply No ! There are no additional fees or charges to pay and there is no excess payment requirement when you come to make a claim.
No a policy can be purchased at any time either during the manufacturer’s warranty period or after it’s expiry. There is a 30 day no claims period from the purchase of your Policy however so we would recommend for continuity of cover that you make your purchase whilst the appliance is still within it’s guarantee period.
Yes. Please either call or preferably email us with the additional product details and we will arrange for this to be added on to your existing policy. An admin charge will apply but we will confirm all details before we change any of your billing details.

Our dedicated claims handling centre will take all the hassle off your hands and arrange for a suitably trained engineer to visit at a time of your convenience to diagnose and rectify the fault.
In the event that your appliance cannot be repaired (this can often be due to part obsolescence or unavailability) we will arrange a replacement equivalent appliance at no additional cost.
